NPAR is committed to providing top-notch service to all current and prospective subscribers. NPAR team leaders have an average of 25 years' experience in the blood bank and/or software industries:

• Janet Molny, President of VPI, has extensive experience with the validation and functionality of blood bank information systems. Janet founded VPI 10 years ago, and deals with blood banks and transfusion services across the country.
• Claire Iannacone, Director of Validation and QA, has over 30 years experience working in transfusion services of varying complexities. Her background is in quality management, and she is certified to perform quality audits and assessments.
• Adam Molny, Director of IT, has worked with all major blood bank computer systems in the course of customer data migration and conversion projects. He also developed a unique viewer program to provide access to data retrieved from obsolete systems.
• DJ Molny, NPAR Systems Architect, has nearly 30 years of experience in developing high reliability software. His broad knowledge of computer technologies and software quality practices help ensure that NPAR delivers rock-solid performance.
